Red or white, black or spotted with red and beige colors known as "bento", the source of the beans is Peru in Latin America. It was known in the fifteenth century by Spanish explorers and then spread in Africa and Asia by Spanish and Portuguese traders. It is considered one of legume and summer crops that need high temperatures to grow, take the shape of the kidney and turn from green to creamy white, most kinds are usually eaten fresh or dried. Both types have many benefits to the human body. They are a good source of protein. They contain high amounts of it like meat or dairy. When we combine beans with rice, the meal is complete , and also can be cooked with oil or meatballs.
